Our catering team was originally formed as Horbury & Sons Outside Catering in the 1950s and we have many years experience of providing banquets of a lifetime, no matter what the venue. Our mobile kitchens and professional chefs use the same professional banqueting ovens and equipment that you’ll find in the top restaurants, creating a mouthwatering array of freshly cooked dishes to the highest standards. We also use portable cold rooms to keep your food, champagne and wines at the perfect serving temperature.

You can either choose from our delicious menu range or we can design individual dishes and whole menus around your own particular tastes. We also offer a complementary taste testing evening in Jocasta’s lakeside restaurant.
